Department of chemistry at BTI functions with the motto of teaching a student the fundamentals of Engineering Chemistry which is essential for a better understanding of a pure Engineering subject.

Laboratory Facilities

The department has a spacious, ventilated, modern Laboratory well equipped with necessary glassware, chemicals and instruments required for conducting chemistry experiments for first year B.E. students. Some of the major lab equipment's used in the department are PH meter, Digital Potentiometer, colorimeter, conductivity meter, High Precision Electric balance, Water distillation plant, Hot air oven etc.
