Bangalore Technological Institute has taken many important steps to promote research through diversified initiatives. Besides pervading research zeal among undergraduate, scholars and teachers through workshops, orientation and training, enhancing research infrastructure, BTI’s focus is to establish central instrumentation center, augment laboratory and library facilities, research journals, provide unlimited access to internet.
Strong advisory and monitoring steps by the RAC (Research Advisory Committee) have directed research activities to its creative execution and implementation of research findings in the relevant areas. BTI is established as a unique engineering college along with an autonomous society entitled BESTAR-Bangalore Educational Society for Technological Advancement and Research for accomplishing academic excellence through research and development activities.
