Idea Validation & Mentoring
One-on-one mentoring, business model canvas workshops and expert feedback to refine early-stage ideas.
BTI Ignite Incubation Council is a not-for-profit Section 8 company, founded by Dr. A. Prabhakara Reddy, dedicated to fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, research and technology-driven solutions. Registered as an MSME and NGO DARPAN organisation, it builds a vibrant ecosystem for startups, students, researchers and aspiring entrepreneurs to turn ideas into impactful, sustainable ventures.
The council drives the complete innovation lifecycle, incubation, mentoring, research guidance, prototyping, IPR facilitation, technology commercialisation and startup acceleration, anchored by its Centres of Excellence in Humanoid Robotics and Internet of Things (IoT).
The Incubation Center at BTI serves as a launchpad for student and faculty entrepreneurs, providing infrastructure, guidance and industry networks to validate ideas and build start-ups.
Through hackathons, innovation challenges, pre-incubation programmes and patent support, we foster an entrepreneurial mindset across every engineering discipline.
It is led by Dr. A. Prabhakara Reddy (CEO), Dr. N. Manjula (CSO) and Dr. Sujana P Reddy (COO), together with a dedicated Board of Governors overseeing the council's innovation and entrepreneurship mandate.
